All joking aside, I hope this year will finally be the year I transform myself into a much healthier, fitter version of me, both mentally and physically. All this time I've been rushing headfirst, burning myself out, letting my mood swing nonstop like a pendulum, and stress eating to fill the void. It's ok to slow down and focus on myself, and so I did.
I started by fixing my relationship with food, asking myself every time, is it worth it to consume such crap? But hardcore restrictions won't work on me cos I am a weak mf. So no food is off limit as long as I am conscious of what I put into my body. I cook more and always measure my foods (it honestly doesn't take that long and I get to know exactly my caloric intake - used to be a hassle but having the right mindset really smooths it over). I've never run in my entire life but I've taken baby steps to do moderate exercise daily (consistence over intensity). For that very reason, I'm brimming with enthusiasm and confidence that I'll be able to run a 5k in the next month or two. And if a couch potato like me can do it, so can you.
Who cares right? Just live your life.

A full 9 minutes progressive body weight routine that can be done anywhere anytime.
Important note: Beginner modification is only for Beginner who just started exercising. If you are not, you should be doing my version and try to keep up with my pace... You will feel the burn! :)
Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Doing the beginner modification routine for 1 round before your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 2 minutes rest. It's gonna be hard, I know... but hey, this is what melt away the fat like crazy and a build a fitter stronger you!

A 20 minute non-stop muscles and heart rate pumping workout for every intermediate/advanced trainer.
This routine will not only burn stubborn fat but it will also improve your fitness level and muscular endurance. This workout is doable for strong-beginner, all you need to do is follow the modification.
Warming up your body before training is crucial. I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm-up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with slow-moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. As a warm-up, you can do Round 1 with a slow-moderate pace before you start your actual working pace.

Thank you for 2milsubs! Dropping a hot INTENSE full body workout for you as I try to do 2,000 reps in a workout. You should easily burn above 500 calories in this one, but do note that is a general guesstimate as everyone burns calories at a different rate based on multiple factors.
This workout is repetition based so not time based. It's 2,000 reps across leg exercises, abs exercises, arms exercises etc. There is no jumping involved and it's moderate in intensity. Great full body workout under an hour. Enjoy!
